The Job

  • Conduct research on industry-specific visual trends, related fashion trends and competitors to ensure our designs are current and competitive.
  • Design and develop sports apparel and footwear collections.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Create digital sketches, patterns and mood boards aligned with current trends.
  • Develop and implement graphics for apparel and footwear, including logos, prints and patterns.
  • Ensure designs are functional, stylish and aligned with brand identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing sportswear and footwear (portfolio required).
  • Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, materials and production techniques specific to sports apparel and footwear.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and technical feasibility.
  • Strong understanding of sportswear market trends and consumer preferences.
