Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated, seasonal marketing plans across digital, social, email, PR, and events.
  • Own the brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead our social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), creating engaging content and fostering community.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, PR outreach, and media relations to amplify brand awareness.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with design, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience within the fashion industry (required).
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful fashion marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion market, trends, and target consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (organic & paid), email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with PR, influencer marketing, and event coordination (highly desirable).
  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
