F&B Assistant (Waiter / Waitress)

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated F&B Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage various aspects of our café operations and participate in events held at our venue. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food and beverage service and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in daily café operations, including food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness.
2. Greet and serve customers in a courteous and professional manner.
3. Manage inventory levels and assist with the ordering of supplies.
4. Participate in the planning and execution of events held at our premise.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours and events.
6. Provide outstanding customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
7. Adhere to health and safety standards in all food and beverage handling.
   

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Flexibility to work shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM, with one weekday off.
