Job Responsibility
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Maintain and update financial databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing and organizing financial reports, invoices, and payment records.
- Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks and ensure timely data updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes and provide necessary administrative support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
