Job Requirements

• :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• .Added advantage if proven experience in managing AP, AR, and/or GL functions
• .Strong proficiency in preparing monthly accounting records and financial reports
• .Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and regulatory reporting
• .Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• .Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
• .Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members

Job Description

s:Manage AP, AR, and/or GL Function

• s:Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) functions of the compan
• y.Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transaction

s.Prepare Monthly Accounting Record

• s:Generate and prepare monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other essential accounting record
• s.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentatio

n.Costing and Inventory Report

• s:Prepare costing and inventory reports to support decision-making processe
• s.Conduct regular analysis to optimize inventory managemen

t.Regulatory Reportin

• g:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory report
• s.Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting accounting and finance activitie

s.Support in Accounting and Finance Activitie

• s:Provide support in various areas of accounting and finance activities as assigned by the finance leadership tea
