Finance Administrator

Job Description

• Responsible for Fixed Asset, Account Receivable, Account Payable (including supplier master
  maintenance in ERP), General Ledger Accounting, Bank Reconciliation & Travel cost management and completeness of records from all entities and branch offices.
• Reconciling and documenting credit card and bank transactions and accounts.
• Responsible for timely preparation and/or review of applicable tax returns (including but not limited to GST, SST & VAT for Korea & Taiwan) and ensuring completeness of tax documentation.
• Keep up to date with financial policies, regulation and legislation and participates in the development of Company accounting policies and systems and administers accounting procedures.
• Responsible point of contact with Bank and Group Treasury Function on Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit Processing, Weekly Flash reporting. This includes monitoring for expiry and returns.
• Support finance team, cooperate with external partners and complete other tasks as required from time
  to time.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5 Years applicable exprience, strong background in commercial environment
• Knowledge of applicable accounting guidelines within REA region as well as German guidelines.
