Finance Assistant

- Maintain journal entries, analysis and reconcile bank statement.
- Maintain proper cash book record keeping and organized filing system.
- Responsible for timely monthly closing & preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assist to liaise with external parties such as banker, auditor & tax agent.
- Ad hoc task or assignment when required by superior from time to time.
- Able to work as a team to meet tight work schedules.
- Reliable, careful, responsible & able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to challenge multiple tasks.

Requirements
- Possess education level of Diploma in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- Preferable with 2-3 years or above related field working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (Words & Excel)
