What You'll Do
Revenue Operations
Prepared and issued invoices to external partners for various transactions.
Performed validation checks on invoices issued by the Client Experience team when required.
Managed client payments received through multiple payment gateways, ensuring proper allocation.
Reconciled client payments across multiple entities and payment gateways with corresponding invoices to maintain accurate records.
Coordinated with the Client Experience team and payment gateway support to resolve and investigate the payment discrepancies, unknown transfers, and dispute cases.
Reviewed client requests for credit notes and refunds, ensuring proper investigation, verification, and processing after approval.
Liaised with the IT team to resolve system-related issues in the accounting system and ensure smooth finance operations.
Ensured accurate transfer and reconciliation of revenue data during month-end closing.
Monitored deferred revenue and recorded manual journal entries to ensure proper recognition.
Prepared schedules related to revenue during the month-end closing to support financial reporting.
Updated and maintained the accounts receivable aging report to monitor overdue balances and outstanding items.
Supported audit activities by preparing required documentation.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the related roles.
Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
An analytical, meticulous, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
Strong team player and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other finance operation teams in the organisation.
Proficient in MS Excel and Google sheets.
Experience with Xero and understanding of ERP systems will have an added advantage.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
