We are currently seeking a Finance Compliance Analyst to join our team in Remote, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible monthly tasks including data entry and monthly reconciliations for the Sustainability – carbon emissions reporting
• Running and overseeing the month end tasks for the Gift and Hospitality policy including reporting on numbers of G&H requests at each threshold
• Monthly review of expense claims against the Expense policy
• Monthly review of travel claims against the Travel policy
• Monthly Work at Risk reviews
• Order review board reviews against Salesforce
• Seeking out improvements and problem-solving issues efficiently and with speed
  
  

Essential Skills:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and detect irregularities.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance documentation.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicating compliance requirements and policies to various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding relevant laws and regulations that impact financial operations.
  
  

What would make you a good fit for this role?

• 5+ years’ work experience in a similar role
• A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate Excel skills, Xero experience is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrate high analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to a wide range of audiences
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and administration skills
• Works well under pressure
• An active team player as well as lead to drive change
