We are looking for a Finance Executive to take charge of the financial transactions of our company by administering accounting operations.

- Prepare invoices and assist Sales team on invoice related matters.
- Handle sales collection and follow up on all outstanding collection.
- Maintain proper documentation for sales and other accounting records related documents.
- Perform revenue reconciliation and generate debtors report as part of the month-end process.
- Assist in month-end process, general ledger, account receivables/payables.
- Any other relevant duties assigned within the Finance department from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good working knowledge in Accounting and Finance ERP systems such as SQL as well as good grasp of G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
