Join our dynamic team as a Finance Executive, where you'll play a key role in supporting our financial operations and seasonal programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Issue invoices and receipts for school fees and all related feesand monitor collections.
- Update and maintain accurate records of school fees and related fees, such as camp-related payments.
- Prepare internal AR management report.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation with a well-organized filing system.
- Provide support for uniform shop operations and assist with stock take activities.
- Conduct asset tagging and maintain the asset checklist.
- Review and approve Cafà Purchase Orders in line with internal controls.
- Assist with other finance-related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure compliance.
- Support quarterly and year-end closing and audits.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with more than 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Advanced excel skills for financial reporting .
- Proven experience with AR (Accounts Receivable) is a must.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Service-orientated individual with excellent communication skills
- Meticulous, positive attitude and possesses high level of integrity
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in education industry environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
