Job Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, statements, and related financial records.
- Perform account analysis and prepare accurate monthly financial reports.
- Oversee the full payment cycle to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries.
- Liaise with internal staff and external vendors on payment-related matters.
- Generate and compile financial statistics, and support ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Any other assignments as required as assigned by the Company
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with full set accounting knowledge.
- Experience in the hotel industry is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and committed to meeting deadlines.
