Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and monitor all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, statements, and related financial records.
  • Perform account analysis and prepare accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee the full payment cycle to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external vendors on payment-related matters.
  • Generate and compile financial statistics, and support ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Any other assignments as required as assigned by the Company


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with full set accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and committed to meeting deadlines.
