Finance Executive

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team at Leadership Resources Malaysia as a Finance Executive. Based in the vibrant Publika, Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, contributing directly to our overall success. This is a full-time office based role, perfect for those ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management reports and balance sheet schedules
• Handle SST (Sales and Service Tax) reconciliation and submission
• Support daily finance operations and assist the Finance Manager as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support decision-making
• Contribute to maintaining a high-trust, high-performance culture by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
