- 處理和監控所有付款和支出，包括薪資單、發票、報表和相關財務記錄。
- 進行帳戶分析並準備準確的每月財務報告。
- 監督整個支付週期以確保交易及時且準確。
- 驗證發票和證明文件以確保合規性和準確性。
- 準備每月對帳和日記帳分錄。
- 就付款相關事宜與內部員工和外部供應商聯絡。
- 產生和彙編財務統計數據，並根據需要支援臨時報告。
- 公司要求分配的任何其他任務
- 會計、金融或相關領域的文憑或學位。
- 至少2年相關經驗，具備完整的會計知識。
- 酒店業經驗是額外的優勢。
- 人際溝通能力強，個性開朗。
- 有上進心，能夠獨立工作並致力於按時完成任務。
