We're Hiring: Finance Executive/Assistant!
Our client is a MNC automotive company with global presence and they have a fix term contract position for Finance Executive/Assistant to support their finance team. The contract position is for 12 months with view for extension if business required.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office

What You'll Do
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Minimum Diploma in LCCI or accounting qualification.
Five day work week in office is required.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What You'll Do
- Processing of business related expense claims submitted by employees for respective markets in the region ( Asean Region).
- Reconcile the expense claims reports and statements on a monthly basis.
- Manual input of claims and records via excel into the finance system .
- Verification for correctness of claims and records.
- Submission of expense claims reports for management review and approval.
- Issuance of cheques for claims payment.
- Support in the automation of claims process.
