• Statutory reporting and taxation
• Bank reconciliation
• Cash flow
• Daily financial operations
Finance Administrative tasks
• 
  

• Assist with data entry and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in reconciling vendor accounts and ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation of direct and indirect tax filings.
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Provide support to the Finance Manager on various tasks and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and procedures

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/ bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
