Finance Intern

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our finance team in audit preparation, financial data reconciliation, and system migration activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world finance operations while working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documentation for external audit
• Perform data reconciliation across financial systems and bank statements.
• Support the import and migration of financial data from the Quickbook accounting system to the NetSuites system.
• Validate and clean financial records for consistency and accuracy.
• Help track collections and monitor outstanding payments.
• Work with the finance team to compile reports and identify discrepancies.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and finance support as needed.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data checking.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Quickbook, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months.
• Based in Kota Damansara.
