職責：
- 向管理人員提供財務報告並解釋財務信息，同時推薦進一步的行動方案。
- 為投資活動提供建議並提供公司應採取的策略。
- 保持組織的財務健康。
- 分析成本、定價、可變貢獻、銷售結果以及公司的實際績效與商業計劃的比較。
- 制定公司的財務趨勢和預測。
- 對降低成本的機會進行審查和評估。
- 監督財務部門的運營，設定目標和目的，並設計實現這些目標的框架。
- 管理公司預算的編制。
- 與審計師聯絡，確保對公司財務狀況進行適當的監控。
- 與其他各部門溝通，討論公司計劃並就未來發展方向達成協議。
- 具備擔任財務經理、管理至少 3 人團隊的豐富經驗。
- 金融/會計學士學位；優先考慮 ACCA/CPA/CMA 認證。
- 對金融領域有深入的了解，曾擔任金融分析師等職務。
- 深入了解公司內部和一般市場模式的財務趨勢。
- 熟練使用財務軟體。
- 較強的人際溝通、溝通、領導和演講能力。
- 能夠管理、指導和領導員工，以確保使用適當的財務流程。
- 對財務統計和會計原則有紮實的理解。
- 熟悉所有法定法律法規。
