This role requires you to be in charge of assisting the CFO in daily and adhoc matters for the company.

Client Details

Our client is a well known manufacturing company and have strong presence in the market. They are looking for talented individuals to join their team, as they are currently expanding rapidly due to the recent increased product demands.

Description

You will be in charge of :

  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts and general ledger accounts.
  • Customer Billing: Prepare and send customer invoices.
  • Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices and collect outstanding payments.
  • Cash Application: Apply customer payments to the correct invoices.
  • Credit Management: Assess customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments.

Profile

You Will Be Suitable For This Role

  • Professional Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/CPA) with recognized degree in Accounting of Finance.
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in Finance operations (AP, AR).
  • Experience working in a multinational shared services environment will be an advantage.
