Financial Planning Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
• Analyse cost and recommend costs savings.
• Prepare and complete internal and external cost audits.
• Analyse the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
• Analyse any changes in goods produced to determine what effect it has on the cost.
• Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
• Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
• Ensure deadlines of submission of budget and month end close are always met.
• Any other tasks or projects assigned by the finance management.

REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-4 years of Cost Accounting and Budgeting work experiences is essential.
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Solid cost and budgeting systems background.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
• Proficient in Chinese language is a must
