This position works out of our Imazium Damansara Uptown location in the Abbott Nutrition International (Malaysia) division.
As the FP&A Manager, you will provide financial leadership and drive continuous improvement in forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning. You will lead financial analyses, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across affiliate finance systems and processes.

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara Uptown location in the Abbott Nutrition International (Malaysia) division.
As the FP&A Manager, you will provide financial leadership and drive continuous improvement in forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning. You will lead financial analyses, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across affiliate finance systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage financial planning processes for Annual Plan and Rolling Latest Best Estimate (rLBE).
- Prepare analysis and commentary for planning packages.
- Develop financial models, forecasting tools, and scenario planning.
- Perform monthly closing and reporting activities, including variance analysis.
- Enhance and standardize dashboards for key performance indicators.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing to track financial commitments and expenditures.
- Identify business and financial risks/opportunities and propose mitigation actions.
- Support ad hoc requests from Area, Division, and Affiliate business functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (MBA in Finance/Accounting is an advantage).
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in financial leadership or business analysis within a multinational organization.
- FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry exposure preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; excellent presentation abilities.
- Business-driven mindset and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Knowledge of international finance policies and procedures.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach.
