We're Hiring: Fleet & Admin Manager!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fleet & Admin Manager to join our client's dynamic team. Our client is a MNC automotive company which has presence globally. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's company car fleet which are assigned to employees and also Office /Expat management. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Role: Fleet & Admin Manager

Fleet Management

  • Responsible for the complete lifecycle of the company's vehicle fleet from registration of the company vehicle, maintenance, replacement and disposal of the vehicles.
  • Assignment of company car to respective employee with assigned company car and ensuring proper vehicle checks are maintained when handing over to employee.
  • Preparation of company vehicles for product launches and events, product training and important / key visitors.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of vehicle usage, ensuring optimal utilization and timely maintenance and inspection by appointed car workshop.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet efficiency and compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and suppliers including car washing, runners and car workshop.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, including budgets, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure all fleet-related documentation and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address fleet-related issues and support the overall business objectives

Office /Expat Management

  • Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office facilities, vendors, procurement, and service contracts.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Working closely with appointed agencies , responsible for expatriate administration including:
  • Work permits, visas, and immigration compliance.
  • Expat onboarding, housing, schooling, and relocation support.
  • Liaison with government agencies, embassies, and service providers.
  • Ensuring expatriates and their families receive smooth integration support

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in fleet and office management or related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Understanding of vehicle maintenance, logistics operations and vehicle registration procedures is a pre-requisite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Remuneration: Range between RM6,000 to RM8,000 per month
