Fleet Assistant (Pontian)

Job Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
2. Assist Station Head in Stations’s daily routine task :
a. Receive & Return shipment
b. Sorting
c. Van Inbound
d. Latlong Parcel
e. PETs Ticket creation
f. Route Monitoring
g. Route Inbound
h. Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
3. Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
4. Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
5. Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
6. Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
7. Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
8. Any other task instructed by superior

Others:
1. Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
2. Take care of own and others' safety.
3.Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others

Requirements:

1. Age from 18 - 45 years old only.
2. Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. No formal experience is required, though any prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.
5. Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
6. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good interpersonal/strong analytical problem-solving skill;
8. Ability to drive change through the continual improvement process.
9. Positive and passionate in conducting tasks.
10. Proactive, collaborative, and highly disciplined team player
