RTM Fleet Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an RTM Fleet Assistant. This role will involve supporting the management of daily route to market (RTM) operations and overseeing driver activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the management of daily route to market operations and monitoring driver performance.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of fleet utilization and route planning, collaborating closely with management to enhance route optimization strategies.
• Participating in the prioritization and planning of local fleet daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to enhance existing software solutions utilized across operational touchpoints, from Ninja Van Operator to Ninja Driver applications
