We’re looking for a Fleet Planner to be based in Manila, Philippines. The role will be focusing on our Southeast Asia business and the main job function is to lead a best-in-class fleet planning function that delivers on the key business priorities ensuring we have a clear strategy to meet our business demands.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the Asia region to align on strategy, capital expenditure, slow moving and disposal plans.
  • Act as the escalation point for Asia fleet matters across the region
  • Ensure deliverables are communicated and achieved across different departments such as finance, logistics, operations, equipment desk, Hire Desk Coordination, etc to support business fleet requirements
  • Use analytical tools and data to optimize the utilization and strategic positioning of the rental fleet.
  • Manage the disposal and refurbishment of assets, ensuring processes are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Analyze future trends and demand to inform fleet strategy and improve customer offerings for Asia
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Lead efforts to interpret data from systems like Salesforce to manage fleet demand and identify shortages.
  • Provide regular, insightful reports on performance, making suggestions for improvement based on fleet trends and data analysis.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy in the ERP system to support reporting and fleet verification.
  • Strategic Planning and Financial Support
  • Support the Capex (capital expenditure) process, including timely purchase order issuance, accurate forecasting, and strategic planning for fleet investment.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Drive the strategic optimization of the rental fleet using analytical tools to ensure the best possible returns.
  • Lead weekly calls to manage the order pipeline and understand future fleet demand, reporting these insights to the business.
  • Proactively position assets to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Take a leading role in interpreting data from systems like Salesforce to align available fleet with demand and highlight any shortages.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports on functional performance, measuring against targets and driving action plans, experience in PowerBI highly preferred.
  • Identify future trends and analyze demand to inform and improve the customer value proposition.
  • Manage fleet verification, ensure data consistency in the ERP system, and support strategic tasks like Capex and disposals.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support the Capex process by ensuring timely purchase orders and providing accurate monthly forecasts to Finance.
  • Methodically optimize current and future processes, enforcing those that support strategic and operational goals
