Job Responsibility

Ingredient Handling

  • Accurately weigh and measure micro ingredients, including various vitamin powders, according to specified formulas and recipes.
  • Ensure the correct handling and storage of all materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination.

Mixing Operations

  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment to blend micro ingredients as per the production schedule.
  • Monitor and control mixing times, speeds, and other parameters to achieve desired consistency and quality.

Quality Control

  • Perform regular checks to verify the accuracy of ingredient measurements and mixtures.
  • Document and report any deviations or inconsistencies in the mixing process.

Safety And Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Comply with all company policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements related to the handling and mixing of materials.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.

Documentation And Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, mixing processes, and production batches.
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak in mandarin.
  • Diploma / Degree / in food chemistry or food technology / relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of precision in handling and measuring materials.
  • Ability to operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Good understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
