Job Description
Our Financial Planning and Analysis team is looking for a new colleague based in the APAC region. If you have a keen interest in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, are good at building relationships, and believe you can make an impact through your work, this role may be for you.
You will work with the FP&A team that supports the Regional Manager and People Director, making a direct impact on our APAC Delivery Locations. As a vital member, you'll spearhead financial planning and analysis initiatives, providing invaluable insights and support to our management team. Get ready to unleash your potential and become a true business partner, shaping our success together!
Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role: FP&A or Financial/Reporting Analyst/Controlling
- Very strong analytical skills, numerical and modelling skills
- Excel skills (pivots, look-ups as a minimum)
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation skills and good conflict management
Desirable
- Oracle knowledge (i.e. SmartView, PBCS, Oracle BI, Hyperion) for financial analysis/forecasting activities
- CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certifications
- Experience with Payroll Accounting and/or Salary modelling
- Microsoft PowerBI
