About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical FP&R (Financial Planning & Reporting) Manager to lead regional financial planning, performance reporting, and decision support across multiple countries. This role is critical in driving financial visibility, strengthening forecasting accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with senior leadership, country finance teams, and business stakeholders to translate financial data into clear performance narratives. A strong foundation in accounting and prior audit exposure (external or internal) is highly valued, enabling you to ensure data integrity, reporting discipline, and alignment between financial plans and actual results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional financial planning and reporting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across multiple countries
- Consolidate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing clear variance analysis and performance insights to leadership
- Partner closely with business units and country finance teams to support financial performance management, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain management reporting dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, data accuracy, and timeliness across regional entities
- Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and sensitivity modelling
- Ensure financial plans and reports align with corporate standards, accounting principles, and internal governance requirements
- Work closely with accounting and finance operations teams to ensure consistency between financial reporting and actual results
- Provide leadership with actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities affecting regional performance
- Support ad hoc strategic projects, including expansion analysis, investment evaluation, and due diligence as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to financial planning, management reporting, and performance analysis
- Prior background in audit (external or internal) is a strong advantage, particularly in building financial discipline and reporting accuracy
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-country financial planning and reporting
- Strong understanding of IFRS / GAAP and how financial reporting links to planning and forecasting
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, decision-useful insights for senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions
- Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
