Front Office Assistant

• Front desk telephone answering
• Handle room booking via phone, internet and walk – in.
• Check in & check out room guest.
• Department coordination ensuring room guest comfort
• Guest relations
• Cashiering
• Night auditor.
• Processes reservations by e-mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
• Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
• Open and close the availability as and when required of hotel to all the Travel Agent, OTA and Hotel system
• Create and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
• Prepares letters of confirmation/invoice/Performa invoice
• Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
