Job description:
-To use bookkeeping databases, word processing, spreadsheets and software.
- To post financial transactions in databases
- To receive and record voucher, cash and cheque
- To produce a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- To check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
- To reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records
- To Interact with management, clients, vendors banks and customs
- To prepare office payroll, (EPF, SOCSO, tax computation)
Qualification: Diploma/ Adv diploma/ Higher Graduate diploma or Equivalent
Language requirements: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Employment type: Full-time.
