Work Location: IOI City, Putrajaya

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Role Overview

You will work on innovative products and technologies, collaborating with a high-caliber team to solve complex challenges. This role offers the opportunity to build deep product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong problem-solving skills while delivering high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test large-scale distributed software systems using modern technologies
• Implement agile best practices to ensure high execution speed and quality
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues
• Share knowledge and mentor other team members
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery cycle
• Collaborate with your team to solve challenging problems creatively and efficiently
  
  

What To Expect Day-to-Day

You will work in a full-time Agile development team, engaging with Scrum teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and QAs. This role requires a proactive, self-driven mindset and a passion for delivering quality software. You will contribute your expertise daily, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.

Experience Required

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies accepted)
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including testing, code quality, and design
• Experience as a technical lead on a project
• Background in supporting production systems for business users is a strong advantage
• Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sector is preferred
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Angular, and NoSQL technologies
• Experience with agile development practices, including automated testing, deployment automation, and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research and apply emerging trends and best practices
  
  

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Alternative learning paths (e.g., coding bootcamps) will also be considered
