Responsibilities:
- Identify system weaknesses, propose improvements, and develop new features for existing systems, including competitive analysis.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, then code and debug solutions with an emphasis on reusable, object-oriented programming.
- Evaluate system functionality against expectations and benchmark code performance (CPU, network, I/O) to optimize.
- Assign tasks and set project timelines for the team.
- Engage in R&D for new technologies and develop API integrations for various systems (e.g., warehouse, marketplace).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Development from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3 years in web development.
- Proficient in NodeJS (ExpressJS), ReactJS/VueJS, MongoDB, MySQL, HTML5, JS, Bootstrap, CSS3, and web services protocols.
- Highly motivated, proactive in learning new technologies, excellent English communication, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the courier & logistics industry or e-commerce platform integrations (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
