Job Description

The Group Sales Manager – Privilege Banking leads a team of Privilege Banking Team Heads, driving strategic sales performance and customer engagement across the affluent segment. The role focuses on delivering business growth, enhancing customer experience, and building a strong leadership pipeline within the Personal Financial Services function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Privilege Banking Team Heads to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the affluent customer base and product penetration.
  • Drive cross-selling of wealth, lending, and insurance products aligned with customer needs.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity and leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns, ensure compliance, and resolve escalations.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring of Privilege Banking Team Heads and Client Advisors to build a high-performing and customer-centric sales force.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering strong business results.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products and affluent customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
