Job Responsibility
Remuneration package:Â
- Clean, troubleshoot and repair defective modules returned from field service
- Perform required module upgrades and replace wear/tear parts preventively to achieve as-new quality standard
- Test modules after repair to confirm full functionality and quality standards are met
- Ensure all repair activities are in-line with standard DN repair and test procedures
- Maintain required tools and test equipment to be ready for operation and report failures to manager
- Ensure workplace is clean and safe at all times
- Ensure required data regarding repair activities is captured correctly and completely
- Perform root cause analyses for DOA cases, early life and epidemic failures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Achieve productivity and quality targets defined by manager repair centre
- Review stock levels of parts for repair whenever required by manager repair center
- Provide field service support whenever required by manager repair center
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management as and when needed
- Diploma/Degree Electronic Engineering/Computer Science.
- Open to fresh graduates
- Mechanical / electronic troubleshooting skill
- Team-oriented personality
- Self-motivated with proven ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
Remuneration package:Â
- Salary range RM2500 - RM3000 (Including allowances)
- Annual leave 16 days per annum after confirmation*
- Medical & hospitalization covered
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered
- Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Saturday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
- Off day: Sunday & Public Holiday
