Building Management including safety & cleanliness in the office/plant
Maintain the good condition of all assets and facilities in the office/plant
Periodically reporting on Asset management & Office necessity update
Assists with the operation for office budget.
Maintain adequate necessity in the office (stationery, toiletries, office, facility needs)
Manage Cleaning service
Help the other unit on project administration basis
Maintain good relationship with the office surrounding
Other duties as assigned.
