### *Tanggungjawab Utama*
- Kawalan Dokumen : Mengurus, memfailkan dan mengedarkan semua dokumen projek (lukisan, kontrak, permit, penyerahan).
- Hab Komunikasi : Jawab telefon, uruskan e-mel projek, dan berfungsi sebagai titik hubungan utama untuk pejabat tapak.
- Log & Penjejakan : Mengekalkan log kritikal untuk Permintaan untuk Maklumat (RFI), penyerahan, lukisan dan surat-menyurat.
- Sokongan Mesyuarat : Sediakan agenda, ambil minit, dan edarkannya kepada pasukan.
- Sokongan Perolehan : Memproses pesanan pembelian, menjejaki penghantaran dan mengurus inventori bekalan pejabat.
- Penjagaan Masa : Mengumpul dan memproses helaian masa pekerja lapangan untuk senarai gaji.
- Pentadbir Keselamatan : Simpan rekod keselamatan dan minit mesyuarat.
- Penutupan Projek : Membantu dalam menyusun waranti, manual dan dokumen terbina untuk pelanggan.
- Sangat teratur dan berorientasikan perincian.
- Mahir dalam perisian Microsoft Office (cth, Word, Excel).
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang kuat.
- Keupayaan untuk mengendalikan maklumat sulit.
