Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership:
  • Assist the Senior Management in overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver top-tier service.
  • Formulate and implement operational strategies and policies to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure all operational processes are running efficiently, providing timely updates to the Senior Management on any challenges or improvements needed.

2. Budget Management:

  • Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure profitability by controlling operational costs and optimizing resource allocation.

3. Team Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact for resolving ground-level operational issues, escalating matters to Senior Management as required.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to promote a productive work environment.

4. Self-Development and Team Empowerment:

  • Commit to continuous personal development in operations management, leadership, and team building.
  • Support the Senior Management in promoting a culture of resilience and long-term success within the team.

5. Performance Management:

  • Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives for improvement.

6. Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
  • Address safety issues promptly and implement measures to minimize risks.

7. Customer Service & Sales:

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Set targets, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance.

8. Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate regularly with internal & external stakeholders to provide updates on operational matters and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on key operational metrics and challenges to Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experiences in operations, business development, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of operations.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
