Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Assist the Senior Management in overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver top-tier service.
- Formulate and implement operational strategies and policies to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure all operational processes are running efficiently, providing timely updates to the Senior Management on any challenges or improvements needed.
2. Budget Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within the allocated budget.
- Ensure profitability by controlling operational costs and optimizing resource allocation.
3. Team Coordination:
- Act as the point of contact for resolving ground-level operational issues, escalating matters to Senior Management as required.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to promote a productive work environment.
4. Self-Development and Team Empowerment:
- Commit to continuous personal development in operations management, leadership, and team building.
- Support the Senior Management in promoting a culture of resilience and long-term success within the team.
5. Performance Management:
- Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), setting objectives for improvement.
6. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Address safety issues promptly and implement measures to minimize risks.
7. Customer Service & Sales:
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Set targets, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance.
8. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate regularly with internal & external stakeholders to provide updates on operational matters and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on key operational metrics and challenges to Senior Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experiences in operations, business development, including managerial responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of operations.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
