Job Responsibility
- Developing strategic operational plans that align with the companyâs mission and objectives.
- Improving internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitoring financial performance to ensure the business remains profitable.
- Leading, training, and developing a team to enhance performance and meet operational standards.
- Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive business growth.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ISO standards.
- Managing resources effectively to maximize output and minimize waste.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industry standards
