Job Responsibility

  • Developing strategic operational plans that align with the companyâs mission and objectives.
  • Improving internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitoring financial performance to ensure the business remains profitable.
  • Leading, training, and developing a team to enhance performance and meet operational standards.
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ISO standards.
  • Managing resources effectively to maximize output and minimize waste.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industry standards
