About the role:
- lead, control, coordinate and develop the Sales and Sales Support in Singapore
- responsible for the strategic planning and analysis to achieve company goals
- Improve market presences in Korea für all products and increase sales revenue
- build a strong planner and dealer networks
- work closely with SEA HR and Finance Manager to ensure all local HR and Finance issues are addressed
- Reporting to the Managing Director of MEIKO CLEAN SOLUTIONS (SEA) SDN. BHD
- University Degree in Engineering with Economics background or a degree in Economics with high technical affinity
- fluent in English and Korean
- experience in leading, developing and managing of a sales and service team
- affinity and experience for strategic working and thinking
- Self-determined way of working, entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of own initiative and ownership
- willingness to travel frequently
