The Position
In the Record to Analyze Business & Systems Analyst role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will be focusing on Analytics and Reporting (SAC, BW4) support activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Section Lead regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Global Customer Experience End to End Employee Experience Organization.

The Position
In the Record to Analyze Business & Systems Analyst role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will be focusing on Analytics and Reporting (SAC, BW4) support activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process. Follow the instructions of the Cluster Section Lead regarding the daily work coordination, and propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Global Customer Experience End to End Employee Experience Organization.
You will be:
Working as Service Delivery : Perform complete, stringent and timely financial tasks including but not limited to: System analysis, issue resolution, and inquiry handling
- Execute request related to SAP FI, MM, CO, SD module in Ticketing tool and coordination and execution of SAP release activities, focusing on FI (Fixed Asset, GL closing, Financial Accounting, Bank/Payment/Treasury, Table Maintenance, Authorization, system failure) and CO (Management Accounting – cost center, profit center, COPA, service billing, Table Maintenance). Execute requests and understand related to Business Warehouse BW4 reports, analytical Fiori applications and SAC dashboards
- Handling incoming incidents, supporting both Roche Affiliates and multiple regional and global IT departments related to Finance and Controlling processes, or other small system or tools-related activities in line with the scope/ role responsibility split. Handling incoming incidents, supporting both Roche Affiliates and multiple regional and global IT departments, both functional (processes) and analytical (reporting), as well as Financial Planning related ones. Escalate user support issues and enhancement requests to the appropriate Support Team and track to conclusion. Evaluation and management of user requests/incidents based on ITIL methodology and prioritization towards IT or business accordingly. Escalate user support issues and enhancement requests to the appropriate Support Team and track to conclusion. Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents, Understand and assess the potential data differences between BW4, SAC and S4 and assess where differences may come from. Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s) and request(s). Make sure the Global KPIs are met. Performs and participates in the analysis, (re)design and implementation of business and systems processes and procedures following appropriate standards. Have a user-level knowledge of supporting applications. Maintenance and review of Background table setups in SAP environments, in line with the scope/ role responsibility split. Proactively seek opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between teams/ team members regardless of country/functional assignments. Training material preparation and delivery (including delta training) – using Train the Trainer and end user concepts . Advisory on Financial accounting Processes and system configurations, both for local sites and within RSS APAC
- Documentation handling and reporting : Maintenance of SOPs, Knowledge Base and User Guidance & Report creation by request from controllers/FMs and external requestors (KPMG/Deloitte)
- Service Transition Project Management, process improvement : Finance Project management, system enhancement, lead coordination, facilitate Finance-related Projects, system enhancements, updates, configurations.Participate in technology projects, providing functional analysis and testing and scripted regression testing. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation. Creation of action plans and roadmaps to implement the solutions
- Stakeholder Management : Understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders & Proactively seek opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between team members. Employees are responsible for performing their duties in line with the SHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Protection) Guidelines and the applicable law. It is required to complete the mandatory training courses and follow procedures and instructions accordingly
- You are a strong communicator & team player with multicultural acceptance and service orientation. Experience in BW4 and ideally SAC or any other analytical tool like Tableau, QlikView
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Strong customer centricity and stakeholder management skills. Experienced in SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD, AA)
- Ability to work independently and in a team as well. Focus on details and innovation. Skilled in multitasking and prioritization. Has analytical thinking
- 3-5 years of finance and accounting experience. Project experience (desirable). Finance Master Data basics (desirable)
- We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years of related experience in finance and accounting. Comprehensive insight into the processes of the Financial Accounting Organization. SAP knowledge – Finance module and Controlling module. You bring the following qualifications: University or College Education, concentration in Finance or Accounting
