  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be advantage (spoken).

  • Willing to work in rotation shifts and weekend
  • Willing to work at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Job Requirements

You will play an important role in:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
