Graduate Data Analyst, Manufacturing

Role Overview

As a Graduate Data Analyst, Manufacturing, you will be pivotal in creating and enabling analytics solutions that drive business value. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and apply your expertise in analytical methods and tools to deliver impactful outcomes. Success in this role means delivering analytics solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and contribute to ResMed's mission of changing lives with every breath.

Let's Talk About the Role

• Support the development of analytics products using statistical methods to identify insights and communicate timely information to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Digital Manufacturing team to enhance training and data access within the manufacturing team.

• Standardize global analytics products and business metrics across manufacturing teams.

• Engage with the Digital Manufacturing team and other key stakeholders to prioritize data analytics projects.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental data architecture and source relationships.

• Participate in data governance, architecture, integration, and change management with business stakeholders and domain experts.

• Serve as a resource for various business groups, addressing ongoing and ad-hoc requests for information and insights.

• Effectively present information to all levels of the organization, including the Executive level.

• Document activities and generate reports for internal and external use.
  

Let's Talk About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of data principles, data transformation, data warehousing, and data visualization tools.

• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, and Python .

• Fundamental experience with SQL queries and data management.
  

Preferred:

• Experience across different phases of the data project lifecycle: strategy and advisory, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and deployment.

• Experience in the Medical Device industry.
