What you will do:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunication or IT projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project feasibility studies and requirements gathering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecommunications or IT systems.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the projects.
- Involved in day-to-day operation such as Field Operation, Network Operation Centre, Network Security, Network Design & Planning, Project Delivery etc..
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Project Management, Field Engineering, or related field.
- Strong academic background with coursework in telecommunications systems, IT infrastructure, project management methodologies, and/or engineering principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior internship or project experience in telecommunications, IT, or related fields is advantageous.
