What You’ll Experience
- End-to-end recruitment process and employer branding initiatives
- Employee engagement, onboarding, and learning activities
- HR operations — maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Exposure to HR analytics and policy implementation
- Collaborate directly with leaders across multiple departments in a fast-paced tech environment
- Fresh graduates or early-career talents (max 2 years of working experience) (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields)
- Strong communicator with curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving drive
- Passionate about people and culture, with a growth mindset
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to make an impact
