Graphic Designer

Company Overview:

We are a growing eCommerce business specializing in health supplements and personal care products. With a focus on expanding our online presence through a new webstore and social media channels, we are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to redefine our brand’s visual identity. If you are passionate about creating visually compelling designs and are keen to learn and grow in web design, we want to hear from you!

Working Location: For the interim, remote work is available. We're a Singapore-based company with no office in Malaysia. However, office attendance may be necessary if one is established later.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Redesign:

• Lead the redesign of our brand’s visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and modern look across all platforms.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual content.

Content Creation:

• Design eye-catching and effective visual content for our eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) and our webstore.
• Produce engaging social media content, including graphics, images, and short videos, that align with our brand’s voice and marketing goals.

Social Media:

• Work with our eCommerce Executive to create visual content for new social media pages.
• Work on producing video content that showcases product benefits and promotes brand engagement.

Ad-Hoc Design Tasks:

• Handle other design-related tasks as needed to support overall business growth.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Experience: 2-3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in eCommerce, social media, and web design.
• Experience in web design is a plus but not mandatory.
• Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the brand’s visual direction.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
