Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Goodcoco Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that support our company's marketing and branding initiatives. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and professional development.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, digital assets, and brand collateral
• Produce high-quality graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate our brand and messaging
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards
• Contribute to the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual elements
• Participate in design reviews and presentations to gather feedback and incorporate it into your work
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, tools, and techniques to enhance your skills and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a graphic design or creative role
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Adequate knowledge in using some video editing softwares for social media content editing.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Some knowledge in social media marketing & content management skills with basic video editing knowledge.
