Graphic Designer

Job Responsibility

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired message, translating these insights into effective visual designs that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create and edit high-quality images, graphics, and illustrations, ensuring they are optimized for both print and digital platforms.
• Apply principles of color theory and typography to create visually harmonious and legible designs, selecting appropriate color palettes and fonts that enhance the overall aesthetic and readability of marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring that all visual elements adhere to the company's style guide and reflect the brand's values and personality.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve design skills and knowledge, and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout design principles and techniques.
• Solid grasp of color theory and its application in visual communication.
• Excellent typography skills, with the ability to select and implement appropriate fonts for various design projects.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Subang Jaya and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience in creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
