Graphic Designer

Primary Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

• Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, print materials, events, and corporate presentations.
• Manage in-house creative requests across departments to streamline project delivery and offload workload from senior design resources.
• Ensure all deliverables maintain professional quality and align with brand guidelines.
• Produce engaging graphics and short-form videos to support marketing and social media campaigns.
• Assist the social media team by creating visual content optimised for digital platforms.
• Adapt creative assets for different channels, ensuring consistency across communications.
• Stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and technologies to elevate the quality of work.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested.

Project & Workflow Management

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct reviews of completed projects to gather insights and improve future deliverables.

Secondary Responsibilities

Photography & Video Production

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for corporate use, events, and product demonstrations.
• Provide creative input for multimedia storytelling that enhances campaign impact.

Web Design

• Develop responsive web page designs with user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimise web designs for performance and usability, collaborating with developers when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, web design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Extra advantage: Canva, Figma or Sketch for web design.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong creative and technical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive with a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
• Preferred: Experience working in the technology or cyber security industry.

Preferred Skills

• Strong skills in graphic and visual design, particularly in producing impactful creative assets for campaigns.
• Experience in content creation for social media, including visuals and short-form videos.
• Familiarity with photography and video production, including shooting, lighting, and post-production.
• Web design experience (UI/UX, responsive layouts, and web asset optimisation) is a valuable plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D design software is an added advantage.
