- 為社交媒體、網站、行銷活動和印刷材料規劃、構思和製作偉大的想法和藝術作品。
- 如果需要，協調印刷藝術品，例如小冊子、手冊和其他附屬品。
- 確保所有視覺資產的品牌一致性。
- 高標準的品質控制和指南合規性。
- 與團隊成員一起主動發現並解決設計挑戰。
- 在快節奏的環境中管理多個項目並按時完成任務。
- 能夠在最低限度的監督下獨立工作，並在商定的時間內管理從概念到執行的專案。
- 與各個團隊（數位行銷、內容創作者、產品設計師和學生參與等）攜手合作，創作原創且具影響力的創意作品。
- 跟上產業趨勢、新興設計技術，不斷提出新的想法。
- 能夠在需要時出差參加活動（公司活動、大學/學校活動）
- 平面設計或相關領域的文憑或學位。
- 至少有1-2年經驗。
- 熟練圖形設計工具； Adobe AI、Illustrator 等
- 熟悉動畫、影片編輯和印刷將是一個額外的優勢。
- 精通英語。精通中文和馬來語是加分。
- 一直在為 Google、Facebook、Instagram、TikTok 等平台的數位行銷目的創建圖形。了解為不同平台創建圖形時的技術要求。
- 高度注重結果並不斷注意改進圖形以提高轉換目標。
- 能夠快速學習並在需要時自學，但更重要的是能夠幫助隊友。
- 富有創造力、主動性，並不斷倡導解決問題的方案。
- 渴望取得成果，具有優秀的職業道德，並能承受陡峭的學習曲線。
- 紀律嚴明，能夠有系統地管理專案。
