Graphic & Multimedia Designer/Creative Designer

We are looking for an Senior graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our team

Founded in 2018, Moment Health is a healthcare products specialist in Hong Kong, supporting all-rounded service of brand development and management. Our business partners come from various countries and cities, such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, to name a few. We are dedicated to exploring the potential of the healthcare brands. With professional & experienced team, we source high quality healthcare product profile and implement the business plan by understanding customers’ needs with cross-country culture difference.

We are looking for candidate who has strong art sense especially on Japanese & korea style which fit our brand imagine. And we are looking for relevant candidate with similar mindset & style to fit our brand imagine. The designer are supporting our HK, Taiwan and Malaysia business.

Responsibility:

1. Goal: Support Marketing team with idea generation, concept, print projects, design marketing materials in printing and digital format.
2. Provide creative artwork and content for the social media platforms (images, edited photos, poster, banner, short videos, short-form info-graphics, digital marketing artwork and etc.)
3. Brainstorming all media strategies to create brand awareness and visualize a full advertising campaign from the conceptualizing phase till the final touch of artwork.
4. Contribute ideas and execute visual identity, branding, set design, videos and illustration through collaboration with the marketing team.
5. Conduct research/ explore new ways from time to time to formulate creative ideas or content for marketing campaigns/goals.
6. Liaise and organize with print vendors, agencies and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalized as optimal output.
7. To assist in photoshoots and videography for company functions.
8. Contribute effectively to the marketing team and provide administrative support as needed.
9. To perform any other duties as instructed by the immediate superior or any other person/persons assigned by the Management.
10. Conceptualize and design artwork including leaflets, brochures, posters, banners, logos and other sales materials for online & offline marketing usage.
11. Videos: Photography of Product Images and Short Videos
12. Brand Consistency: Ensure all ads align with the company's branding and marketing guidelines

Job requirements:

• Academic Qualification: Diploma in relevant field
• Experience: Working experience: Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in design industry in a similar capacity.
• Graphic design software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc.
• Video-editing skills: Familiar with software for editing short videos
• Drawing/Illustration: Experience in drawing/illustration is preferred
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including social media graphics, ad creatives, and packaging design.
• Art sense: Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Task Management: Creative, meticulous, efficient, proactive, good time management and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Problem solving ability: Possess the ability to solve unexpected problems and quickly respond to various operational challenges.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English Bahasa Malaysia, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

Good communication and expression skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all types of people at all levels of the organization.
